  • 1161 Madore Ave, West Coquitlam: four multiplex homes on a 9,849 sq ft RT-1 lot. Each home is about 1,835 to 1,856 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, over an underground level with 8 parking stalls and storage. Under construction; expected summer 2027.
  • 850 Duthie Ave, Burnaby: six family homes in three 3-storey duplex buildings over an underground parkade, on an 11,527 sq ft R1 (small-scale multi-unit housing) lot. Homes are about 2,540 to 2,790 sq ft; 8 underground stalls with EV chargers. Coming fall 2028; register for early access.
