Where we are today
Foundation complete and waterproofed
The underground parkade walls and structural slab are complete, and the below-grade walls are sealed with a waterproofing membrane and drainage layer. With the foundation finished, the site is being prepared for framing.
From the ground up
The original house moves on
Instead of being torn down, the existing home was lifted from its foundation and moved off the lot, clearing the way for four new homes.
Excavation & shoring
The site was excavated for the underground parkade, with engineered shoring installed along the perimeter to keep the excavation safe and stable.
