Wallace Wu
- Founded Red Cedar Properties in 2019 and leads every project end to end: land, permits, financing, construction and sales.
- Nearly ten years as Financial Analyst and Financial Director at Modern Green Canada, building development pro formas and taking part in the due diligence for property acquisitions.
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Simon Fraser University.
- Founder of Vanguard Civil & Construction, our construction management arm.
Derek Yu
- More than 14 years of residential construction across Greater Vancouver, rising from site supervisor to construction manager.
- Has completed over 40 custom and multi-family homes, managing trades, material and city inspections from excavation to occupancy.
- Licensed Residential Builder in British Columbia since 2023.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from BCIT, with training in HVAC, plumbing and building systems.
